Biology, biotechnology and bioengineering are booming fields involving the study of living organisms for the welfare of mankind. In keeping up with resolving global challenges related to health and disease, natural resource depletion as well as environmental change, these three fields pave the way toward a more sustainable future for our planet.
Addressing the modern techniques in biological studies as an approach to these concerns is the International Postgraduate Symposium in Biology, Biotechnology and Bioengineering (IPSBIO3 2021), one of the initiatives by the Institute of Systems Biology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia to introduce and strengthen graduate research. Through this program, graduates will be given the opportunity to present their research findings in the presence of a community of local and international scientists.
In addition to that, we are honored to be featuring three prominent international young scientists as keynote speakers. Involvement of graduates and researches from different backgrounds is also expected to produce positive impact via innovative idea collaborations and creating strategic and professional networking. Hence, we gladly invite you with hopes to raise interest and improve the quality of graduate research through the exchange of information and academic discussion throughout the symposium.

Call for Registration
Interested presenters are invited to submit abstracts for IPSBIO3 on the topics within the scope of the symposium. All contributions must be original and belonging to the presenters. Participants looking to join the online symposium without presenting are also welcomed to register. Please refer to ‘Registration‘ for details.

Abstracts submissions should not exceed 250 words and must include a clear indication of objectives, methods, and results (if available) of the research. No figures or tables are allowed. All abstracts must be submitted according to the template provided.
Confirmed presenters and participants will be provided with the details for the Webex Meeting through their respective emails. Please download and update the latest version of Webex by Cisco.
